gazpacho, ice cream and pancake house.

the other nigh for dinner i wanted to try one of those soup recipes w my newly beloved blendtec.

i flipped to the raw section in the recipe book it came with and there was a red pepper tomato one. then i looked up a gazpacho recipe. both looked good, but not good enough. so i kind of combined the two, put my own little twist on it and BAM!

it was good.

evoo, garlic i sauteed it first  green onions, tomatoes, red peps, and i think basil and thyme? or marjoram? not sure. cucumber. when done, drizzled some sherry vinegar into our bowls. 

served with a couple pieces of toast.

this GF brand is so good! well, for toast at least. thats all i ever use bread for. toast.

teddy preferred to drink it.

then we had pina coloda style ice cream.

chopped it up,

frizzed it for a bit,

had muscles come whack open the baby coconut,

dumped the water,

scraped out the meat,

put it all in, push ice cream button and walk away.

come back, enjoy.

place empty coconut shell on boys head cause he keeps calling it a hat.

i have a dearest cousin who makes her very own polish for the finger nails.

she sent me some.

i was excited.

they are cute.

on a lazy lets eat junk day, we had breakfast here.

one thing i enjoy about this place, besides the delisshhhus-ly amazing food, is that rather than paper and colors, they give small prizes. this day, the choice was wikki stix. wax covered string = fun.

while getting our blasted taxes done i hate taxes, she happily sat on her chair, pearl necked, red lipped, tattoo armed, pink head phoned listening to the i pod.
