its been a while, we have been terribly busy. holidays, birthdays and vacation! a bunch has gone on and i have not been able to keep up. so, i have made a decide. rather than posting everything all at once, cause im sure that will be WAAAY to overwhelming and i wont be able to remember all that i want to put in about each separate occasion AND i have about elevendy bazillion pics, i am going to break it up over the next few days.
so, this entry will be about the week of valentines day.
heart shaped balloons were all the rage while breakfast was being cooked, even though neither of the children had enough air or power to blow them up.
for breakfast on love day, i made heart shaped cinnamon rolls idea courtesy of pintrest. although they were far more heart shaped before they were baked. when i took them out polly said "WHAT THE?! those are not hearts..."
i was also going to do heart shaped melon pintrest but couldnt find a cookie cutter small enough.
since we were going to be gone the next week, polly celebrated her birthday at school with all of her friends that week. she wanted chocolate and pink princess cupcakes with diamonds.
so of course, thats exactly what she got.

miss sam buys 4 balloons for each kid on their birthday. she asks them and they get to choose which colors they would like to have.
polly? oh, she chose brown.... all 4. brown.
thats my girl. and thats why i love her.
