in the mean time, here are a few photes of a couple of things we did. where they fit into the last bit of life, i will never know. but they happened for sure, i have pictures for proof.
one day, "big chef" and i did some cooking. it was good of course.
we made a spinach, feta and tomato quiche with a homemade pie crust for dinner.
due to my intense love and my families intense hate for kalmata olives, i left them out and had mine on the side. gosh im thoughtful and selfless.
on another day, we made one of my sons greatest dreams come true. we headed to the sports store and he got his very own, ted sized "KAATE BOOODE!!" in case you know nothing of my boy, he is obsessed with skate boards. he even asks to watch the "kate booode show" on tv which is fantasy factory.... yes, i know. klint is to blame for that one.
he was so pleased with the newest member of our family his new toy that at "na-night time" he decided it also needed tucked in w a cozy "bankie"
they are brothers. they share a room and kate boood sleeps on the floor next to teddys crib.
we found a fountain. and duh, on a hot sun shiney day, you must get wet....
or soaked....
so soaked in fact, that your shorts will fall of your bum due to the weight of the water they are drenched in....
this company is highly intelligent. they strategically placed this store on the corner right next to the fountain. upon walking in and being asked if the nice little clerks could help us find anything, i said "we just need some dry clothes..." to which they replied "oh yeah, we have 5 dollar racks right back there..." in a thats all the business we ever get sort of a tone. smart.
Oh Sis how cute. Seeing them play in that fountain reminds me of you and Doug when you were little. All was fair game, fountains, beach, puddles, drinking fountains, even public restrooms......so...Big Chef is Big Sister?? On that skateboard Teddy sure looks the CA kid. hugs
