LAAAAZZ and murray park

i am lazy when it comes to new things that im not too interested in. no doubt about it. if it seems like it will take new energy or new brain power... "ill do it later..." its true. iv had this little very little problem of not having anymore room to upload pics on my blog for a week give or take. i have been given simple solutions by many a friend and have done nothing about it but sit and think, "bah! i cant blog, i cant upload pics! and thats all my blog is!" writing schmiting... i need the photes. anyway. polly has been saying "i cant dooooo iiiiit" in that tone quite often lately and i absolutely loathe it with every fiber of my being! she has always been quite the independent little being.  so i have as of late, been trying to find where this is coming from... ME! duh. every time she says it, i reply "we dont say i cant and yes you can! instead say, hmmm... this is hard, ill keep trying so i can learn how to do it!" my point: i need to abide by my own rules. if i want something done, while im thinking about it, even if i have not the time, i will complete a task, even if it is little, to send me in that direction. SO, here i am, this night, not procrastinating  or sleeping at 11:57 pm and am going to give this "link ur pics from photobucket" suggestion a try.
TAKE LUCK, ME!

a few days ago, amber and kids came to play. i already talked about this and here are the pics from that excursion.... hopefully.

peeektures

yessurday the dehaas lady friend of mine and i drug our children, yet again poor little nuggets, to a neat-o wall and murray park which by the way was awesome and i was disappointed in my self for not yet discovering. but thanks to wanlass, i can now love it forever, so we could take pictures they could play. we took a lot, talked a lot, had good fun, the kids played and we stuffed our piggie faces with tons of pizza there were tomatoes on it... needless to say, im outrageously stoked to start editing cause i got some real goodies. be prepared. you will enjoy. here i go....

boobs

i have a bone to pick. today, i was determined to find a couple new bras. this is usually a rough task. my chest is little and for some reason, every bra in every store in all of the whole universe thinks that women with small boobs MUST need all that padding and push up and underwire. FOR WHAT?!?!
-underwire: its there to give support. why is it in a tiny bra? there is nothing there to support. and it only = uncomfortable.
-push up. push what up?
-padding. to pretend i have boobs but really am only a grown up, stuffing my bra like an 11 year old girl? and again, padding = uncomfortable.
needless to say, its a frustrating joke. sorry world, not every gal wants that crap. i actually love having a small chest, just not shopping for it. my resolution? i went to the little girls section at target and bought the biggest size, non-underwired, non-padded, non-pushuped "training bras" they had. they are comfy and perfect and were only 6 bucks a piece. HA! cant beat that.

field trip, flowers and a finished tattoo

polly had her very first field trip for pre-school!!!! it was very exciting to say the least. probably more so for me. my babe is growin right up! tear.
she was so very excited and couldnt wait!
oh and remember how my child is that random one? not the one who wants to do "cute, normal" things, or gets stoked to see the penguins or otters although she did love them ? nope... she is the one keeping her fingers crossed, in hopes of seeing a narwhal at the aquarium. if you have no idea what this is, you are not alone. google it. thats what i had to do when months ago she brought home a piece of homework about it. i didnt believe it was real. its like a huge unicorn/whale type thing. actually, thats exactly what it is. uni-whale.
anyway... yeah, thats her style.
obviously, there wasnt one but we didnt let that spoil our fun!!

w her class and some of her friends. holly and caleb

being pocohontas

penguins are her real fave. she just needed a reminder.

she thought herself to be as large as an emperor.

had zero desire to touch the stingrays. obviously.

if you know anything about my child, you know that she is obsessed with knot tying.
why? who knows.
how did she learn? not from me.
is she good at it? danged.
there has been a rare occasion that i can un tangle something she has tied together. by now i dont even try and end up cutting and throwing whatever it may have been away.
of course not till days later and she has lost intrest.

this was neato.

after, her and i had a mini date to get a mid morning snack.

she was allowed to choose ONE toy for herself when we wr done at the aquarium.
being the smarty pants she is, she exclaimed "but my brother needs one too!!"
how can i say no that kind of thoughtfulness? of course it was mildly selfish but still....
these are her and "her bruddas" new friends. they needed to come in and sat at the table next to us.

this is how we spend some mornings. you tube videos. yep, great mothering, i know.
at least we watch good stuff.
will i am sesame street. you tube search it.
it is STILL, after about 3 years, an every day occurrence in our home. at least its a goodie.

those fabrics she chose that i spoke on the other day.
when taking her pic, its her new fave thing to do a new "craaaazy" pose after each time she hears the shutter.

i like to magnadoodle with my barbie helmet on... no biggie.

while at the store, these looked nice and since our last flowers were gettin sad, of course i got them!! but really, you need no excuse to buy flowers for your self and small girl child.
ranunculus and chamomile. delightful.

preparing our fancy vases with "plant food! not human food."

much better.

my ted loves flowers. hopefully, by my purchasing of flowers for polly and i on a weekly basis, he learns that girls love them, regardless of what they might say, all really do love them. and buys them for a lucky lady, very often.... in the waaaaay off future. and only if i approve of her.

thinks its a dandelion.

apparently sometimes i act like a cute little homemaker...
flower behind my ear, grandmas old apron that i lovingly inherited and cooking with pearls on????
really?

klints cousin meagan and her husb randy came down for dinner and play time and we had so much fun!

krystal got it finished and i LOVE it.

but she was a wuss and didnt move her arm the whole night. so she ate with her left hand and we all made fun of her.
