To the park with bikes we went...

For the aforementioned 5 years of life celebration, little miss got her very own big girl bike!!!!! On one of our park adventures, we brought it and Teddys wiggle car.

Also, member how unique & proud of it she is? Im pretty proud of it too.

A Polly and Penny sorta day

Ant Penny was gone over P-dawgs birthday. When she returned, they went out on a girls date day, just the two of them. And you can bet your bottom dollar, she was yet again, spoiled rotten. Left as a ninja turtle, came home in a head to toe brand new outfit & with a build-a-bear + all the fixins in tow.

Brother and I had a stay at home, snuggle & watch movies sorta day.

I have a 5 year old!

I know.... right? Strange. Me. My sweet little teeny tiny babe by the name of Polly Viola Tanner turned 5 years old! I have so many wonderful things to say about her. As for right now, my goal is to catch up. So I will come back to that at a later, but soon, date.

For her special day, DUH! We headed to Disneyland. Ariel lead a crowd in singing to her, boff o' da babes were spoiled rotten, many a princess pinky promised they would be best friends for ever.... It was nothing short of magical.

A Kyle & Ashley sorta day

long past due, working on catch up.
Wanna know whats great about living in sd? everyone wants to come visit you. Kyle and Ashley were here for their baby moon k, so they didnt come just for us. whatev. and Ash had never been to coronado. So we got to spend a day with them there.

A Date Day

We have these from time to time.
I will take Polly for a day, Klint will take Teddy.
Other times, I will take Teddy and Klint will take Polly.

This particular time, girl and I went to a play put on by a friend of mines theatre group is that what its called? im unaware of proper terminology. It was Aladdin! She was completely enthralled. We are planning on getting her involved. Then, of course, we had lunch at Macaroni Grill. That little. She knows that on a date day, its her choice. Macaroni Grill. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It was a marv day to say the least.

The Beginning!

A smidge of back story for those of you who may not be aware of this promise i made a bit back & am just now bringing into fruition:

Polly thinks I'm a "great batography!" Always interested & always wants to use my camera. A few months back, while at the store, perusing the photog equip, I decided to snag her a cheapie $20 vivitar digital thing.... They even had purple ones!!! HECK TO THE YES! Its fun for me to look through her photes. We pick ones out that she likes, I take her to print them, her tiny little body fills w glee & pride, my heart bursts, etc.
LIGHT BULB CHRISTINE! The other day it came to me. I need to share some of her beauties on the blog.
So, here you go my dearest family and friends.... The beginning of something great.
